So, I hired a new home builders Austin and they were the worst. I just could not imagine someone treating their client like this. They were rude but that was not all they had to do with me. They were not willing to make the changes I was pushing for. It was not like I had come in the middle of the project and asked for changes.
They just wanted to do their own thing and even when we were making the plans, they were not listening. I was surprised because I am the one who was funding the entire house. It was not like they were doing it for me.
I had to get the house right and of course, that meant I had to get rude and get on top of them. They were not having it and started to whine.
I don't think professionals should be like this and anyone who behaves in this manner is rubbish and not a good pro at all.
I would never say you should go with a home builder like that because it only hurts you in the end. I would never want someone like that.
